Information, metrics, AI-generated responses, Nudges, visualizations, and other content provided by Metsaw are intended for general wellness and educational purposes.

Users should consult an appropriate healthcare professional regarding medical conditions, symptoms, diagnoses, medications, or treatment decisions.

Metsaw is intended for adults age 18 and older.

By using Metsaw, you represent that you are legally able to enter into these Terms.

Metsaw may provide behavioral choices, insights, Nudges, visualizations, or other guidance based on information made available to the service.

These choices are optional.

Users remain responsible for deciding whether a particular activity, fasting period, food choice, wearable configuration, or other behavior is appropriate for them.

Metsaw cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability or accuracy of third-party devices, integrations, APIs, networks, or services.

Users may not use Metsaw to:

• Copy, scrape, reverse engineer, or exploit Metsaw systems except where permitted by law
• Misrepresent affiliation with Metsaw
• Use Metsaw to harm, harass, defraud, or unlawfully monitor another person

Metsaw software, branding, visualizations, methodologies, documentation, interfaces, and original content are owned by Metsaw LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

These Terms do not transfer ownership of Metsaw intellectual property to the user.

Users retain ownership of their accounts and customer data subject to applicable third-party platform terms.

Metsaw accesses customer information only as reasonably necessary to provide and improve the services and as otherwise described in the Privacy Policy.

We may update these Terms when products, services, technology, or applicable requirements change.

Metsaw does not guarantee any specific health, weight, laboratory, medication, financial, or other outcome.

Metsaw does not warrant that the service will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device, third-party service, or individual circumstance.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Metsaw LLC and its officers, employees, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of or inability to use Metsaw.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by law.

Users may stop using Metsaw at any time.

Metsaw may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, violation of these Terms, legal requirements, or protection of customers or the service.
